Master of Arts Degree and 3 years of work experience with progressive responsibilities, including budget oversight

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Proven experience (5 -7 years) in campus recruitment or university relations, preferably within a research and development or technical environment.

In-depth knowledge of campus recruiting strategies, best practices, and emerging trends.

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively engage with university faculty, staff, and students.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Prior experience with program management, program delivery, training and/or campus recruitment preferred

Partner with managers and divisional stakeholders to design and implement division specific programming supplemental to firmwide offerings

3+ years of experience working in an HR environment; experience in Financial Services is helpful but not critical

Exceptional relationship building skills and client engagement both within the HR/SIG business and divisional stakeholders

Strong problem analysis and resolution skills

Strong attention to detail and experience in maintaining data integrity

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Two or more years of experience in professional services environment, diversity, recruiting and legal personnel, and/or human resources

Provide administrative support for all diversity initiatives, including the 1L Diversity Program, pipeline programs, Heritage Month programming and Firm's affinity groups

Assist in creation and development of diversity initiatives and programs

Track law school sponsorships (student affinity groups, law reviews, etc.)

Update and maintain diversity budget

Effectively manage multiple projects at any given time and provide timely, accurate, management information on the status of efforts.

Utilize various technologies to attract and source talent, ensure accurate applicant tracking and data management, and manage critical metrics.

Understand federal, state, and local government protocol related to people management.

B.A., B.S. or other baccalaureate/undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

7+ years of related experience.

Experience developing and managing programs/projects and possesses ability to use metrics to monitor performance and inform actions.
