Job Summary
Real Chemistry is looking for aBusiness Systems Analyst, IT to join our growing team!
This position will play a key role in working with Finance business partners and IT stakeholders to delivery on technology transformational projects. You will do this by applying business analysis skills and domain proficiency across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including project initiation, requirements gathering, design and architecture, and testing. You will create requirements documents and be highly engaged in data analysis. This role will deliver BRDs, functional and non-functional specifications, develop use cases, and lead validation for all areas of project testing. Additional responsibilities include support activities, project tracking, work allocation and status reporting.
This role can be remote in the US or in any of our US offices, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, or Philadelphia.
What You'll Do

• Support the Finance business as they use new systems and revised processes - collaborate with change and training management, business leads, operations, and system leads.
• Document and coordinate project go-live activities and perform post project go-live support.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage testing cycles (unit testing, UAT, integration testing).
• Recognize and identify project risks, manage and remediate issues, and develop solutions with confidence.
• Assist in cross-functional requirements sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
• Work closely with business users, implementation partners and cross functional teams to design, build, test and implement comprehensive and efficient financial platforms and system processes.
• Understand project interdependencies and identify, address, and improve integrations between projects.
• Effectively communicate expectations to stakeholders and vendors to facilitate project work.
• Partner with stakeholders and training teams on end-user training, design, and documentation of new process workflows.

What You Should Have

• Team player who has experience establishing positive and productive working relationships with others in a global environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience with system management processes, business requirements gathering, solution design and configuration, and user acceptance testing.
• Knowledge of business systems such as ERP, CRN, PSA, HRIS and FP&A.
• 3 or more years of experience in a Finance Business Analyst role building software products.
• Ability to embrace change and assist others in accepting and moving forward with new systems and processes.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles and terminology.
• Knowledge of Netsuite, OpenAir or related ERP and PSA technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and changing priorities.

Pay Range: $78,000 - $97,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications and geographical location.
