Business Analyst (Osss Logistics)

As a Business Analyst at OSSS Logistics, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the business needs of the company and its technological solutions. You will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into actionable recommendations. Your insights and expertise will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Translate complex business needs into clear and concise requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, objectives, and challenges.

1. Solution Design:

• Work with cross-functional teams to design and validate new processes, systems, or features.
• Develop detailed process maps, data flow diagrams, and other visual aids to illustrate proposed solutions.
• Ensure that proposed solutions align with the company's strategic goals and industry best practices.

1. Data Analysis:

• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with data scientists and business intelligence teams to develop and enhance data models and reports.

1. Project Management:

• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation for assigned initiatives.
• Identify and address potential risks and issues that may impact project success.

• Collaborate with business units to facilitate the adoption of new processes, systems, or technologies.
• Create training materials and conduct workshops to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.
• Support the implementation of change management strategies to minimize disruptions.

• Participate in post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of solutions and gather feedback.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex problems and provide practical solutions.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management concepts is highly desirable.
