Summary

The BSA Apprentice will be part of an extensive and wide-ranging training program with exposure to specialized technology disciplines. An Apprentice will receive support from managers and mentors through hands-on training, with the intention to learn, develop and demonstrate new knowledge.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Challenge conventional practices and use creativity and information to lead, innovate, problem solve, and implement ideas to contribute to the growth of the organization
• Effectively communicate (and listen) clearly, professionally, politely and persuasively in all situations; respond well and in a reasonable, timely manner
• Responsible for writing and translating business needs into technical requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (STEM degree preferred)
• Basic experience with SQL database (theoretical level okay)
• Support and meet company/department goals and core values
• Take personal responsibility for productivity, quality and timeliness of work
• Experience with Python (nice to have)
• Perform all work and activities with honesty and integrity
• Collaborate with co-workers to achieve common goals
• Ability to execute happy and unhappy testing paths

Working Conditions

Must be able to perform the essential job duties. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each work day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
