Technical Business Analyst Jobs

RumbleOn is constantly exploring new ways to improve our documentation management and requirements gathering to improve our vehicle pricing, optimize our inventory and merchandising models, and to leverage transparency of our business through documentation internally and IT regulatory agencies. To help us in these endeavors we are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, self-starter to join our team. The RumbleOn Technical Business Analyst will be looking to apply their passion for documentation and technology to drive business-critical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
• Partner with stakeholders across business units (i.e., sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively with internal customers
• Review daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
• Translate user requirements into actionable user stories having appropriate analytical artifacts
• Author and update documentation, formally initiate and deliver requirements and training
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for systems integration

Requirements

• Ability to forge strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization
• Bachelor's Degree in related field (technology, business analytics, engineering, CS, etc.)
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong working knowledge of diagramming and wireframing tools like Lucid, Visio, Balsamic.
• Proficient technical writing capability
• Experience with formal methods for systems analysis, e.g., process flow, process decomposition, user scripts, storyboards, wireframes, user stories, use cases, test scripts, pseudocode, interaction diagrams.
• Experience in project and user-testing management
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a systems development capacity
• Strong command of the English Language- both verbal and written and exceptional communication skills
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Certification a plus.
