Technical Business Analyst Jobs

Full Time/Permanent Position
Summary
In this role, you will be implementing and validating the software products for our clients. You will establish and enforce procedures to ensure that software products are reviewed, validated, and implemented at appropriate points in their product roadmap. As a part of Product Services, you will be configuring, validating and implementing complex business needs and making sure they meet the legal obligations of our clients.
Responsibilities

• Implement and support complex system configuration changes and new configuration requirements into the Global Platform.
• Employment eligibility to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Managing web services implementations, enhancements, and customer support effectively for top global corporate clients.
• Proactive, self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
• Working knowledge of SQL, API's and integrations
• Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
• Performs user acceptance testing for new features.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field and 4+ years’ of related business experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
• Manage compliance to all agreed upon SLA’s
• Support and Document Client Validation Test cases and Implementation plans
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with impacted stakeholders, both external and internal, to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Business Requirements Documents
• Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders. Requirements/Skills
• Implement new product features and roll them out to different clients as per business need
• 3+ years of experience in client implementations
• Support project implementation, testing and deployment to ensure the project pipeline does not stall and that solutions meet short/long term goals.
• Experience with Excel, Visio, and PowerBI or other reporting software
• Familiarity with agile is a plus.
• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
