Position Summary

Arcesium seeks an exceptional Business Strategy Intern to join our team for the summer. As an intern in the Business Strategy team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating growth opportunities to enhance our competitive positioning, analyzing market trends and driving the company's strategic initiatives. You will have exposure to our senior leadership, and will work on our key growth initiatives. Your insights and recommendations will guide key business decisions and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities

• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze activities of competitors and peers, as well as industry trends, and market shifts. Prepare regular updates that are presented to senior management.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to evaluate industry trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging technologies. Use data-driven insights to identify market gaps and potential opportunities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance, to ensure seamless execution of strategic projects.
• Financial Analysis and business case development: Work on business cases for proposed strategic initiatives, developing well-structured analyses and financial models. Identify KPIs and other measures of success for these initiatives.

Qualifications

• Preference will be given to those with:
• Demonstrated strengths in financial analysis
• The Ideal candidate should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proactive and innovative mindset
• Critical and analytical thinkers

The expected monthly salary for this position is $5,500. Our compensation package also includes a one-time housing stipend.
