EY’s Technology Solutions Delivery teams help leading companies unlock new sources of value through technology and support our clients as they initiative and undergo major transformation. We provide end-to-end solution implementation services from strategy and architecture to production deployment and help transform businesses by integrating applications and technologies like Oracle and SAP.

The advent of emerging technology is redefining all industries. EY’s Digital and Emerging Technology teams focus on delivering next-generation experiences through digital products and platforms with the newest leading-edge technology such as decentralized finance and quantum and edge computing. We leverage modern frameworks with customer-centric, data-driven methods to design, architect, build, and deliver reusable asset-based capabilities to accelerate our client’s digital transformations.

Customers’ expectations for access to technology products and services are rapidly increasing and user-centric, mobile, agile and data-driven capabilities are table stakes for every organization. Companies must consider foundational technology transformation to adapt and compete. Experience has shown us that a successful Technology Transformation rests upon four key elements: technology strategy, next gen technology operations, infrastructure and service resiliency, and architecture.

EY’s Governance and Risk Compliance teams help companies put controls in place to establish standards, consistency, and mitigate risks. We develop strategies and roadmaps for technology to monitor and evaluate threats.

Industry sectors:

Our professionals are focused in three different industry sectors within which there are various opportunities available to start your career. During the recruitment process you will have to opportunity to express your preferences. The sectors and areas are:

• The Government and Public Sector (GPS) serves federal clients, as well as state and local agencies and higher education institutions. As a GPS Technology Consulting Staff, you will work in one of the following areas: Data and Analytics, Digital and Emerging Technology or Technology Transformation.
• The Financial Services Organization (FSO) serves leading investment banks, retail and commercial banks, insurers and investment managers. As an FSO Technology Consulting Staff, you will work in one of the following areas: Data and Analytics, Technology Solutions Delivery or our Technology Consulting Program, which supports our Technology Transformation and Digital and Emerging Technology practices.
• The National Consulting practice serves clients across a variety of industries including, but not limited to: Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility, Power & Utilities, Health Sciences & Wellness, Consumer, and Technology, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications and Sustainability. As a National Technology Consulting Staff, you will work in one of the following areas: Data and Analytics, Technology Solutions Delivery (SAP and Oracle), Digital and Emerging Technology, Governance Risk Compliance or Technology Transformation.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology discipline, i.e., Computer Science, Computer or other technology-related Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics

• Aptitude, interest, and/or experience in Java, Javascript, .Net, Python, C, C++, PHP, web development, analytics focused tools and platforms such as SQL, R, Tableau, Power BI, business process design, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, such as SAP or Oracle, or integration tools.
• Demonstrated project management, teaming, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Desire to work in consulting demonstrated by relevant course work, interest or internship experience
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint

• Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations
• Integrity within a professional environment
• Candidates interested in the Government & Public Sector focus must:
• The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary
• Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines

• Have U.S. citizenship and be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher, within the designated time frame, which will be determined by the engagement requirements for a security clearance

A competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The hourly pay range for this job, in the US, is $22.12 - $87.50. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data. In addition should you join us full time, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid-time-off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial and emotional well-being.
