This is a full-time paid internship program spanning ten weeks from June through August 2024.

Must be continuing in the same course of study of the most recent degree following completion of the internship

Pay rates are determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, educational qualifications, and skills.

Partner with executive leadership to research and support the execution of business development projects to grow Credo’s multi-channel business

Conduct in-depth data analysis with data tools

Support preparation of presentation slides and business updates

Help to manage and motivate student ambassadors to go above and beyond project expectations

A working knowledge of digital and social media best practices

Has prior experience as a student ambassador or in promotional marketing

Recruit national teams of student ambassadors based on unique brand criteria

Working with our Marketing Coordinator on various aspects of our artist's social media marketing campaigns

Tracking social media posts and campaign performance

Assist with creating social media assets for artist campaigns

Preferably LA-based, senior in college with the ability to work 30 hours per week this Fall semester.

Highly creative and able to create highly-engaging Instagram posts and captions to promote our music artists

Building the foundation for smart strategies: Using digital research tools (Pulsar, Affinio, Helixa) to build context for strategic recommendations

Creator identification: Identifying high-potential creators for brand partnerships

Performance analysis: Pulling insights out of campaign data (media analytics, web analytics, social performance data)

Past internship experience or project work in Applied Behavioral Science, Communications, Advertising, Qualitative or Quantitative Research.

Serving as an active member of the strategy team, contributing to day-to-day tasks associated with running projects and capturing feedback.
