Responsibilities:

• Provide tactical and strategic support to the CEO, supporting in executive decision-making, stakeholder communication, client engagement, etc.

• Drive Change and Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize current processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness, and identify new opportunities for growth.

• Partner Development: Seek out and establish key partnerships and joint ventures to expand our reach and impact.

• Lead the Charge on Day-to-Day Operations:

o Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to drive business results, prioritize efforts, and execute strategic initiatives.

o Own and bring to life critical business projects that require seamless coordination across departments.

o Track and evaluate functional performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide program leadership for cross-functional efforts.

· Champion the Company's Progress: Develop materials for regular operational reviews and board of directors meetings to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

• Negotiate for Success: Manage the contract renewal process, including pricing models and negotiations, to secure favorable outcomes for the company.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • An understanding of the pharmacy/specialty pharmacy industry or direct fertility experience is a plus
  • An entrepreneurial attitude and a proven track record of driving business results

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a thorough, detail-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams
  • A Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and 4-6 years of relevant experience in a rapidly scaling technology or healthcare company
  • Prior experience in investment banking, operationally minded private equity or venture-backed environments preferred
  • A passion for women's health and a commitment to making a positive impact.
