Assist with pre and post-sale account management activities, including media planning, asset deliverables, quality assurance, and reporting.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Support the brand partnerships team in executing sponsor activations on a day-to-day basis.

Identify potential target brands for the company to engage with.

Previous experience managing finance and budgets as well as overseeing clerical staff.

Manages confidential staff records and processes faculty/coaches contracts.

Manages financial aspects of special projects as assigned (i.e. NCAA conference, regional, national championship events).

Verifies proper documentation of department transactions in university financial records.

The ability to carefully manage financial operations and a state-of-the art facility;

Developing reporting dashboards for internal partners

Creating and evaluating market segmentation within existing customer databases

Preparing documentation of business processes

Providing administrative support for the External Relations department

Conducting market research to support ongoing projects
