In this position...

The Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics Developer will have a strong technical background and years of demonstrated experiences in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing principals and best practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing data pipelines and data assets and sophisticated interactive dashboards and reports. The BI developer will be curious and creative, building well thought out analytic insights.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

• Perform data validation and code review to assure data accuracy and data quality/integrity across all systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements from problem statements and develop data-driven insights.
• Perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and HQL and experience working with relational databases, Google BigQuery and HDFS.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, reporting and dashboards using SQL and Business Intelligence reporting tools such as Qlik Sense and Looker.

Qualifications

You'll have...

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge in SQL programming and database management.
• Hands-on experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and developing reporting systems.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with on or more Business Intelligence reporting tools such as Qlik Sense, Alteryx, Looker.
• Experience in Business Intelligence or Data Engineering

• 8+ years experience in Business Intelligence or Data Engineering
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detailed oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
