Project Management

• Manage the Quarterly Privacy Review Report process end-to-end
• Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver and team player
• Experience working in a tech organization
• Partner closely with Program Managers, Privacy Operations leaders and executive leadership, as well as multiple cross-functional partners across the company including legal, policy, integrity, communications, and security.
• Meticulously track and update all project status items, including milestones, stakeholders, dependencies, and provide regular updates on timelines and delays
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced ambiguous environment while delivering high-quality work on time
• Create and drive a review cadence that ensures our reporting stays up to date
• Experience managing privacy/compliance programs
• Centralize and organize our content library for easy access and navigation

Qualifications:

• Technical experience with navigating through a new platform.
• Strongly proficient in Excel, google docs and PowerPoint
• Experience prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on time
• Proactive and effective communication skills
• Familiarity with the front and back-end of learning management systems
• Privacy understanding/background with focus on attention to detail
• 3+ years of privacy/risk/compliance experience
• Experience retrieving and validating integrity of data
• Experience creating influential relationships with technical and non-technical people
• Experience using standard publishing tools (Office 365, G Suite, Adobe, etc.)
• Ability to analyzing data and report on trends with privacy/compliance/risk understanding
• 5+ years experience in program or project management role
• Experience using various compliance tools and/or using compliance management systems

Interview process: Panel style. 30-minute interview with 3 FTEs.

4 must-have skills: program management (independently motivated), strong writing and comms (report to assessor on a quarterly report), XFN collaboration, presenting to clients

Nice-to-have skills: Writing, communication, ability to articulate technical requirements into easy to understand language, determine the correct message for the right audience. end-to-end ownership of tasks. Operate independently.

Successful background: experience running metrics for project/program success, numbers, polished deliverables and presenting them to clients, risk/compliance experience.

Daily breakdown: 30% meetings with XFN and doing research due diligence, 30% owning program direction, 10% daily check-in on numbers (dashboards), 30% deliverables creation.

Selling point: True ability to won an independent end-to-end program. Identify efficiencies for a product pillar for the company.
