We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team and help us make data-driven decisions that can support our product and business strategies.

As a Business Analyst at Air Apps, you will work closely with our product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to gather, analyze, and communicate business and user requirements, and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights on product features and usability.
• Work closely with our product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define, prioritize, and refine product features and requirements.
• Gather and analyze data from various sources, including user feedback, market research, and analytics tools, to identify business opportunities, user needs, and trends.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and project plans that can communicate product vision and goals to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain competitive analysis and benchmarking reports that can inform product positioning and differentiation strategies.
• Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and risks.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that can measure product performance and user engagement, and provide insights and recommendations to improve them.
• Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that can drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain detailed product and user personas, use cases, and scenarios that can guide product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with user research and testing methodologies and tools such as UserTesting, SurveyMonkey, or Qualtrics.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data and insights into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or a related field, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to identify and prioritize business opportunities and risks.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with product management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, and JIRA.
