The role of a Business Analyst at Hammer USA is to analyze and evaluate business processes, systems, and user needs to help improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, gathering and documenting requirements, and providing recommendations for business solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and end-users, to ensure successful project implementation and achievement of business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting thorough analysis: Gather and analyze data to identify business needs, problems, and opportunities. Evaluate existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
2. Requirements gathering and documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases. Ensure requirements are clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives.
3. Solution design and recommendation: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and recommend business solutions, including process improvements, system enhancements, and technology implementations. Provide input on project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
4. Stakeholder management: Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of requirements. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather input, provide updates, and gain consensus.
5. Testing and validation: Assist in the creation of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the developed solutions meet the specified requirements. Identify and address any issues or gaps in functionality.
6. Change management: Support the implementation of new processes, systems, and tools. Develop training materials, user guides, and provide user training to ensure smooth adoption of changes.
7. Continuous improvement: Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to identify further enhancements or adjustments. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.

Requirements:

1. Education and experience: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is typically required. Relevant work experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role is preferred.
2. Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems, identify patterns, and develop practical solutions. Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering techniques.
3. Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels. Ability to facilitate meetings, present findings, and build consensus.
4. Technical knowledge: Familiarity with business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working with Agile or other project management methodologies.
