Title: Solutions Analyst/Business Analyst

Location: Kansas City (3 days hybrid) but open to remote if needed

MH’S:

• No hands on experience required but experience working in this space
• Experience working in an agile environment
• 3+ years of experience as a Solution Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• Familiarity and understanding of APIs and how different systems or products integrate
• Experience working with JIRA for project tracking
• Prior experience working with data or business intelligence such as data reporting, visualization, mapping, etc

PLUSSES:

• Experience creating BI dashboards or visuals
• Healthcare background or experience
• Experience with Confluence for documentation

Day to Day:

• Insight Global is seeking a solutions analyst to join the enterprise referral products team for one our healthcare clients. This product is only a couple of years old and is currently supporting their hospice clients but the organization will be rolling this out to their home health space as well. Currently the product works for solutions involving the client’s products but the organization is looking to expand the capabilities to be able to support other 3rd party solutions as well. The solutions analyst will be wearing a couple hats including business analysis, systems analysis, and project coordination. This candidate will be gathering requirements, building out FRDs and BRDs, and helping to coordinate various projects. Additionally, this candidate will be working with the data teams to understand how to integrate this product into other areas. This individual will be working with a Solutions Manager who is currently onsite and a future Product Leader who will be owning this specific product. The ideal candidate will come from a solutions or business analysis space and have experience with Jira for project tracking and some data background as well.
