Business Data Analyst (Axr Solutions)

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at AXR Solutions, you will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and present data in a meaningful way. Requirements:

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Effective communication skills to translate complex data into understandable insights.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling is preferred.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proven experience (X+ years) as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.
