Business Analyst (Arun Ibds.uk)

As a Business Analyst at ARUN IBDS.UK, your primary role will be to analyze and evaluate business processes, systems, and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and support decision-making within the company. Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the same industry.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
4. Proficiency in gathering and analyzing data using various tools and techniques.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
6. Solid understanding of business processes, systems, and their interdependencies.
7. Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
8. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
9. Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software (e.g., MS Excel, Visio, JIRA).
10. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile projects is desirable.
