Job Description

The ideal candidate will be well-organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will oversee day-to-day invoice processing, billing, payroll, and other kennel finance-related tasks. They should be excellent at recording data and have the ability to produce clear documentation and financial reports.If you are an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced team environment where you own a variety of essential responsibilities, this is the right place for you.

Responsibilities

  • Documenting transaction details
  • Tracking payroll data
  • And other duties as required
  • Putting together financial reports
  • Ensure accounts are up-to-date and accurate
  • Recording financial transactions
  • Process customer account payment
  • Notify senior staff of any accounting errors
  • Fact-checking accounting data
  • Communicate to the customer when issues arise with the payment
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll
  • Donation Receipt letters
  • Use proper accounting practices
