As an Experienced QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team members, controller, and accountants. Your diverse skill set and flexible approach will be essential to success in this position. Key responsibilities include:

• Exhibit a strong knack for reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
• Manage accounts payable & accounts receivable processes effectively.
• Communicate fluently and persuasively in both verbal and written communication with our off-site teams.
• Embrace our tech-friendly environment with a love for apps and technology.
• Demonstrate an intermediate knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Collaborate with colleagues on various projects, providing valuable support as needed.
• Display a solid grasp of payroll and accounting terminology.
• Exhibit impeccable attention to detail and a proactive approach to follow-up.
• Handle inventory & COGS matters with precision and proficiency.
• Utilize your multiple years of bookkeeping experience to maintain accurate financial records.
• Leverage your E-Commerce accounting expertise to navigate our clients' unique financial landscapes.

Qualifications:

✓ Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting

✓ Proven Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience, demonstrating your adeptness in maintaining accurate financial records.
