We’re seeking a self-driven, organized and enthusiastic Biopharma Strategic Alliance Manager to join our client facing team. In this role, reporting to the Chief Business Officer, you will be seeking to optimize key account relationships by ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing the business opportunity.


To be successful in this role, you will leverage exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills to optimize Aignostics’ existing key accounts, to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and generate new business opportunities to support revenue growth.


Familiarity with precision oncology and the value proposition of digital pathology in pharmaceutical research and clinical trials to support cultivation of our services throughout our partner organizations will be key hiring metrics for this role.

The candidate can be based in Berlin, Germany or in the East Coast USA.


Where your expertise is needed


  • Responsible for overall client satisfaction, anticipating and communicating issues and managing the relationship with existing key accounts.
  • Become an expert in the client’s pipeline and portfolio strategy to identify new growth areas and cultivate relationships with the goal of achieving preferred partner status with key accounts.
  • In some cases, act as Secretary of JSCs including the point of internal and joint escalation processes; developing and providing recommendations for resolutions and reporting account health checks.
  • Working closely with Scientific Project Managers (SPMs) through management of the SOW generation process and taking the lead on negotiation of the same through to closure.
  • Develop, manage, and expand relationships with stakeholders of all levels in the client organizations maintaining a high cadence of contact.
  • Travel approximately 20% of working time, domestically and internationally
  • Develop a clear understanding of the portfolio of projects and their contract agreements and continued monitoring to ensure compliance and execution of contractual obligations.
  • Establish governance structures such as communication plans, cross functional development groups and joint steering committees (JSC) for existing and incoming strategic alliances and/or partnerships.
  • Lead planning and execution of appropriate face-to-face client meetings in coordination with cross-functional teams.


What We Are Looking For


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience with AI-based products/technologies is a plus
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role in the Life Science, HealthTech, Pharma, Biotech or Diagnostics industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in biology and/or computer science

  • Relationship management: To manage clients expectations and deal with issues before they arise, pushing back on requests as needed.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to be able to collaborate with cross functional teams at all levels.
  • Business development: To optimize partner relationships toward achieving revenue growth
