Marketing Operations Associate (m/w/d)


Welche Herausforderungen erwarten dich?


Der Marketing Operations Associate (m/w/d) arbeitet mit den ASG HUB (AT, CH & GER) Marketing-Teams an allen Aspekten des Freigabezyklus für Werbematerialien und den entsprechenden Prozessen. Das übergeordnete Ziel für die Rolle besteht darin, Standards zu definieren und umzusetzen, Prozesse zu verbessern, Effizienzgewinne zu erzielen und Best Practices für die Marketing-Community zu institutionalisieren.


Drei Schwerpunkte Bestimmen Die Rolle


  • Das Management von (Pilot-) Projekten rund um den Freigabeprozess
  • Die Prozess- und Systemverantwortung für die Genehmigung von Werbematerialien in Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM)
  • Die Anleitung unserer externen VVPM Quality Stewards


Damit Verbunden Sind Unter Anderem Folgende Aufgaben


  • Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams und Netzwerken (innerhalb und außerhalb von Lilly) zur Identifizierung potenzieller Simplifizierungsmöglichkeiten rund um den Freigabeprozess
  • Verantwortung für das Data Quality Reporting und das Monitoring des entsprechende Dashboards inkl. Kommunikation an die Teams und an das HUB Leadership
  • Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audit- und Monitoring-Anfragen im Zusammenhang mit dem Freigabeprozess
  • Anlaufstelle für VVPM-Nutzer aus AT, CH und GER sowie für globale und IBU-Stakeholder für die Werbematerialprozesse und VVPM-Systemaspekte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den VVPM-Ansprechpartnern in Lilly‘s globaler Customer Operations Organisation (GCO), um Probleme zu lösen, Berichtsdaten zu analysieren und um resultierende Maßnahmen und Aktivitäten umzusetzen
  • Koordination des operativen HUB Promotional & Educational Material Teams für Werbe- und Schulungsmaterial inklusive der externen „VVPM Quality Stewards“ im Rahmen der übergreifenden Governance-Struktur (Global – IBU - HUB – lokale Filiale) mit dem Ziel eine Compliance-Risikominimierung in Einklang zu bringen mit einer guten Nutzererfahrung und den steigenden Flexibilitätsanforderungen an eine agile Marketingorganisation
  • Aktive Teilnahme an der überregionalen PromoMats Champions Community
  • Überwachung der VVPM-Aktivitäten als System Process Owner für den HUB und Beratung / Unterstützung für Benutzer (Konten, Dokumente, Workflows)
  • Bewertung, Identifizierung und Benennung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, Risiken und potenziellen Problemen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit globalen- und IBU Stakeholdern sowie lokale Implementierung von internationalen (Pilot-) Projekten
  • Pflege entsprechender SOPs, Sharepointseiten, Arbeitshilfen, Schulungsmaterialien und Training Curricula für Deutschland, sowie Beratung und Unterstützung von CH- und AT-Partnern und Zusammenarbeit mit allen Anwendern und Stakeholdern
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung entsprechender VVPM-Benutzertrainings für grundlegende Schulungen, zu weiterführenden Aspekten sowie für Prozess- und Arbeitsmaterialaktualisierungen, die interne und externe Systembenutzer im HUB betreffen

The candidate will have experience in developing novel analytical assays for drug substances and drug products with a focus on oligos, nucleic acids, and nano delivery systems. He/she will also exhibit a strong sense of curiosity to enable building up of a robust analytical pipeline with novel bio-analytical assays.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and validate quantitative chromatography-based assays for detected of (lipid-based) delivery systems for RNA
  • Lead development of novel bio-analytical tools for lipid-based delivery systems for RNA – CryoEM, SEC, MALS, SAXS, etc.
  • Mentor new team members to existing assays and procedures
  • Expertise in process development of novel drug substance and drug product is an added bonus
  • Lead protocol development of novel methods and tech transfer of existing research protocols to development
  • Develop and validate quantitative chromatography-based assays for detection of RNA


Basic Qualifications


  • M.S. with 8+ years of experience or PhD with 5 – 8 + years of experience in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or other relevant scientific discipline, with a focus on varying liquid chromatography modes (RP, RP-IP, AEX, SEC, etc), LC-MS, or capillary gel electrophoresis.


Additional Skills


  • A strong team player with excellent oral and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Expertise in developing cryoEM, SAXS, SANS is an added plus.
  • Strong understanding of RNA delivery systems is essential.
