Join us as our Beverage Manager, and you will support multiple outlets including Spoke & Fork (lobby bar), Bridgetown restaurant, and Market (fast casual 'grab & go' style).

Duties Include:

• Implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction
• Support the Director of Outlets, Assistant Operations Director, and Director of Operations in leading the Food & Beverage Outlets
• Hire, train, empower, coach and counsel, performance and salary reviews
• Perform daily walk-through to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt Corporate standards
• Maintain Hyatt standards of service and ensure their implementation
• Direct the implementation of the payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budget for outlet operations
• Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality
• Assist with beverage program, working with corporate guidelines to adhere to Hyatt's beverage mandates while rolling out new beverage concepts
• Exercise quality control for both food and beverage
• Oversee Beverage Cost, initiate promotional concepts to drive revenue and develop relationships/ partnerships with Beverage Reps to form cohesive working relationships
• Development of team with product knowledge, and Beverage steps of service to provide excellent guest experience
• Coordinate outlet operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest service
• Direct and oversee development of employees
