Pay Range: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

BrightPath, previously Educational Playcare, part of the Busy Bees Global Childcare Community, is growing our team! BrightPath Kids is a world-class, award winning, innovative provider of early childhood daycare that aims to foster a culture of diversity and open-mindedness for all.
What will you be doing?

As a Center Custodian, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness of our state-of-the-art facilities. Responsibilities include:

  • Vacuuming mats and rugs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Sweeping and mopping halls, restrooms, classrooms, lobby, and staff lounge.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, sinks, countertops, tabletops and fixtures.
  • Cleaning the interior of all glass windows in building.

This is a part-time position and must be done after the children have left for the day due to chemical cleaning agents. 2-3 hour shifts must be completed each night outside of normal operating hours (i.e. Monday through Friday night). The commitment will be 10-20 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and remain organized
  • Ability to work within specified hours
  • 1+ years of commercial or residential cleaning experience preferred
