Custodian Jobs

Summary

General duties include but are not limited to Office cleaning, Trash removal, Mopping floors and cleaning the restroom facilities in the front office and each production change house AND PRODUCTION AREAS. Associates will be required to provide some laundry service for booster and SPA production areas when needed. On occasion associates will be required to strip and wax the front office floors and paint when needed.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Ability to read and maintain proper documentation as required.
• Meet requirements of all state and federal explosive laws and qualify as an ATF explosive processor.
• Minimum of 18 years old
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Availability to work various shifts as required by business demands.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in loud work environment; hearing protection required in some areas (range of 50 - 90 decibels)
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to work in various conditions (hot/cold and wet floors)
• Basic Math skills (basic counting skills required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to wear work uniforms and required PPE.
• Must be able to stand/walk up to 10 hours per day.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to Detail is very important. The position will cross-train in all areas in order to back each other up.
• Must work well with others in a team environment.
• Minimum of a high school education or equivalent mandatory
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must follow Standard Operating Procedures, Instructions and directives without deviation.
• Must have and maintain the highest regard for the safety of all personnel and the processes.
• Ability to work overtime when applicable.
