Responsibilities

Audio Editing Contractors will be responsible for file management, editing, mastering, QC, pickups packet/editing along with other client and project specific tasks. Editors will receive raw recorded audio and be responsible for readying it for distribution. Our editors interface directly with clients to manage the post-production phase on behalf of .wav Enthusiast and handle scheduling, communication, and deliverables with client representatives.

Qualifications

Our editors should have experience in audio editing and be familiar with bringing raw recorded audio to desired specifications via various audio processing and mastering. They must have excellent communication and time management skills as well as have access to relevant software and equipment for audio editing. This software and equipment includes but is not limited to: audio production DAW, computer in good working condition, mastering softwares/plugins, industry standard headphones.

Bonuses

We are looking to hire contractors with multi-lingual fluency who will have the ability to work on a wider variety of audio programs with various focuses and subjects. This is not a requirement but may lead to more opportunity to work on particular projects requiring specific language/cultural expertise.
