• Works closely with Controller and CFO to develop and implement financial policies.
• Assists in development of long-term plans and budgets against which performance is measured.
• Maintains adequate controls over cash and other assets.
• Assists Controller in the review and timely preparation of the monthly analysis applicable to all branches, including the analysis of revenues, payroll and headcount, expenses, and other metrics as warranted.
• Reviews annual production bonuses and earn-out calculations.
• Organizes, directs and controls the work of accounting employees in collecting, summarizing and interpreting financial data for management use.
• Provides integration assistance for merger partners, as applicable.
• Assists in managing staff to ensure proper maintenance of the books and records, timely and accurate financial reporting and adequate maintenance of systems.
• Assists Controller and CFO in the completion of special projects as assigned.

• Experience supervising others.
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.

• CPA preferred
• Degree major in accounting, business, finance or related discipline.
