Flow Dry Technology is a division of Filtration Group. We supply the world’s top car manufacturers with critical components that regulate humidity in their machines, driving performance and safety. We also produce leading moisture control products for other industries. We seek an experienced Global Controller who will be based in our Brookville, OH location. Reporting to the President, the Global Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial operations across three plants and directly managing finance and accounting in our Ohio plant. This senior leader will be a core member of the management team.

Responsibilities

• Present to senior leadership on monthly financial performance, driving analysis of results globally.
• Manage seven-figure capital expenditure budget. Drive analysis of potential projects. Track execution of approved projects.
• Run a tight, efficient operation. Eliminate wasteful processes.
• Lead day-to-day accounting and finance operations in the U.S., including but not limited to journal entries, A/R and A/P.
• Intellectually lead management team down the path to hitting goals for EBITDA and cash flow. Drive regular reporting that gives management team visibility to business performance and key actions that need to be taken to enhance performance. Examples include a daily revenue flash and 13 week cash flow.
• Lead forecasting and budgeting process across all four facilities.
• Proactively identify and analyze drivers of EBITDA and Cash Flow performance. Develop and implement measures to improve performance.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on completion of tax returns, audits, and special projects.

Qualifications

• 10% travel
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
• Experience in SAP a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 8+ years’ experience in Accounting or Finance in a manufacturing environment – with demonstrated experience driving results; prior experience as Plant Controller preferred
• Excellent analytical skills
