Inventory Controller Jobs

Job Purpose:

To manage and ensure that inventory flows and movements are accurately accounted and in full compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Retail Beanstore POS (Point Of Sales) Interface to SAP, troubleshooting and reconciling interfacing errors, discrepancies

· Accounts Payable: Invoice verification - Allocation of duties and other handling charges to the inventory received; Including intercompany inventory invoice posting"

· Accounts Payable: Shipment documentation, - BIERE /Exporters (invoices, AWB, packing List), Freight(customs duties declaration) to facilitate payments to overseas vendors

· Stocktake in Philippines stores, Stock take KPIs

· Perform stock reconciliation, review and analyse stock discrepancies and prepare stock adjustment report for management review and approval;

· Logistics - Coordinate shipping and transfers

Co-ordinate with Ferrari/Agents on import/export clearances, supporting issuance of documentation etc (proforma, CITES); Manage with Ferrari/Agents on Carnet Ata documentation and follow-up on its renewal, counterfoil application etc

· Warehouse - optimise warehouse storage space and conduct bi-annual housekeeping to dispose of not in use items

Academic / Professional Qualifications

· Minimum 5 years of Inventory Controlling experience

· Preferably minimally a Degree holder, and with some finance/accounting knowledge (would be advantageous)

· Luxury retail experience preferred

· Local taxation and custom authorities
