Controller Jobs

Overview:

As Hoxton Circle, we're partnering up with a $9B PE-backed niche industry-leading industrial services company which is searching for a Controller who will be responsible for managing the financial reporting and controls for the company, as well as the monthly financial reporting and analysis, job costing, and reporting. You will liaise heavily with the Operations staff and report into the VP of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Review financial reports and ensure accuracy.

▪ Analyze results and identify drivers of the variances.

▪ Prepare and process monthly job costing.

▪ Prepare monthly commission analysis.

▪ Preparation of monthly business review package, including Key Performance indicators.

▪ Responsible for Inventory Control.

▪ Assist in preparation of forecasts and annual operating plan.

▪ Ensure efficient and effective use of the ERP system.

▪ Development and implementation of financial processes.

Key Qualifications:

▪ Eight years or more of related experience.

▪ Working knowledge of GAAP.

▪ Current or previous supervisory experience.
