Associate Workplace Planner Jobs

We are looking for an Associate Workplace Strategy & Planning to support efforts related to strategic facility planning, developing both short- and long-term strategies that align with corporate, workforce, and operational strategies for Regeneron’s corporate headquarters, research and development laboratories, and remote general administration sites. This role also supports the team responsible for creating and managing the look and feel of our spaces, occupancy planning, and management of space-related data.

A Typical Day Might Include

• Apply technical knowledge in a hands-on manner in areas including interior design, project management and furniture specification.
• Manage furniture deployment, installation quality, punch lists and detailed follow up.
• Support stakeholder, vendor and internal cross functional relationships, providing a high level of response and service.
• Effectively participate as a member on cross-functional project teams.
• Provide a high level of coordination and technical services for the execution of REGN projects globally.
• Ensure the timely delivery and management of FF+E for projects.

This Role Might Be For You If You Have

• Strong organizational, time-management, and presentation skills
• Quick learner and critical thinker
• Prior experience in corporate design is ideal
• Comfortable in an agile environment, able to adapt to changes in timelines, scope and priorities
• A Bachelors degree minimum
• 2+ years relevant experience
• Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Excel and PowerPoint are preferred
