Thirty Madison’s Supply Planner will drive item level forecasting, in stock management and SKU level analysis. This role is a unique opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain professional that thrives in a dynamic environment, specifically one of a fast-growing startup. As a key member of the Supply Chain team you will champion business needs, share deep supply chain knowledge, drive financial metrics, provide innovative solutions, and build relationships that show what “winning together” truly means. What You Get To Do Everyday

• Maintain focus on the bottom line while simultaneously handling multiple tasks, information and responsibilities
• Drive negotiations with suppliers on pricing and fulfillment timing
• Work across departments to establish and drive KPI’s around supply chain parameters such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, excess and obsolete stock.
• Manage external relationships with manufacturers and third party vendors.
• Develop continuous improvement processes and programs to increase forecast accuracy and assess fiscal risk.
• Work closely with marketing and brand GM’s to ensure third party channels are adequately stocked.
• Ensure in-stock KPI’s are met across all locations, while limiting excess inventory carry and reducing obsolescence.
• Support development and launch of future private label product initiatives
• Partner with operations, sales & marketing, data, product and finance stakeholders to plan inventory demand for each brand.
• Develop an integrated supply planning program by SKU to make recommended adjustments to forecasts / purchase orders based on changes in demand and market trends.

What You Bring To The Role

• 3+ years of experience in demand / supply planning, supply chain, finance, operations, strategy, consulting, product, or related experience
• Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders and external suppliers
• Proven track record of leading initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve goals, and succeeding in a team environment.
• Proficient in Anaplan and Netsuite.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and driving towards fulfillment SLA and pricing targets.
