My client, who is a well know global beauty company, is currently looking for a Full Time Supply Planner at this time! This role will be hybrid in our New York City Offices, M-F 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all supply chain activities to ensure a timely and efficient supply of goods to global customers. Monitor and maintain global inventory levels to achieve service level and inventory targets
• Monitor forecasts of all products and conduct regular reviews with Sales Forecasting
• Provide information to Material Scheduling Management on un-forecasted demand and potential use and/or disposition
• Review Global Out-of-Stock reports and resolve issues relating to service. Review and issue Reduced Dollar report, Projected Loss Sales report and Retail Account Customer Service level report to ensure Customer Service objectives are met
• Establish links with Domestic team and International Markets/Distribution Centers to resolve service issues related to out of stock and low stock items
• Assure that there is coordination between marketing, packaging, R&D, Operations and all other departments to manage reformulations, repackaging and discontinuations for existing business. Action/revise bill of materials as needed for changes as well as issue related reports such as anticipated disco/supercede
• Manage the coordination of the production transfer process, including Focus Factory and Post Launch Transfers
• Responsible for maintaining the following applications: PDS, AS400, EXOB, ensuring accurate data
• College Degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing process including min of 3 years’ experience, experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred
• Knowledge of the following systems: AMAPS, WMS, AS 400, PDS, IBM, EXOB, IXR, Manugistics
• Proficient in: Excel, MS Access, Word, Outlook
