JOB SUMMARY:
Workplace Experience Manager (Service Excellence Manager) provides strategic direction and leadership in promoting a culture of service excellence. This position will lead and implement organizational process improvement initiatives to drive excellence in the delivery of reception, hospitality, concierge, and business services thereby enhancing client service engagement and satisfaction throughout all site locations.
This position is administratively responsible for Reception, Concierge, Hospitality and Meeting & Events. Will work directly with on-site team members for 8 locations located throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel up to 75% (Mon-Fri).
EXAMPLES OF WORK:
• Leads organizational and departmental process improvement programs to enhance client satisfaction, and employee and W&C engagement thus improving survey results.
• Provides communications, coaching and training to leaders and staff at all levels of the organization to ensure competency, commitment and compliance with service excellence programs and initiatives.
• Designs, develops, and implements programs which create a positive client experience and promote service excellence.
• Designs and facilitates activities which reinforce the priority of excellence in service delivery and support culture change.
• Utilizes creative and innovative methods to ensure staff commitment to high quality service delivery standards and client satisfaction in every aspect of the Office Support experience.
• Develops appropriate tools to measure performance, assess accomplishments and evaluate operations and makes recommendations based on findings.
• Fosters a sense of teamwork in all parts of the organization to actively participate in process improvement and drive culture change.
The Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring all elements of the operation deliver the highest possible level of service. This position will manage employees and daily operations to create a workplace that maximizes productivity, and organizational effectiveness. Will utilize people-led services to connect employees to their environment through high-touch services and world-class customer service support. In this role, you would lead a team who serve as cultural ambassadors and service leaders in their workplace.

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Relationship building skills with the ability to recognize and anticipate client needs
• Ability to be creative, problem solve and deliver strong results
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills
• Ability to effectively strategize, prioritize, and execute
• Ability to travel up to 75% of work week
