Role Responsibilities


This critical leadership role within the Workplace Services organization will be responsible for driving adoption of digital workplace technologies to increase workforce digital dexterity and productivity. This leader manages a cross-functional team focused on ensuring employees have the knowledge, permission, and motivation to take full advantage of our available technology capabilities. The team will work closely with shared services partners, line of business leaders, technology colleagues, and vendors to coordinate enablement and governance processes to best equip our workforce for success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of how Moody’s works by guiding the adoption of modern practices and tooling.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Collect feedback and concerns from business communities and peers.
  • Organize and coordinate a new Digital Workplace Steering Committee comprised of HR, Facilities, and Corporate Communications leaders to plan and govern digital workplace initiatives and ensure alignment across the business.
  • Create and publish digital workplace performance reports (rollout statistics, user adoption, cost optimization, ROI, CSAT, etc.)
  • Partner with technical operations and engineering teams to identify potential improvements or impacts to customer experience and proactively manage potential disruptions.
  • Provide leadership that focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining high caliber talent.
  • Build and maintain trust/awareness with champions, building knowledge through frequent engagement.
  • Advocate for advanced analytics and automation to streamline efficiencies.
  • Oversee a community of champions/influencers, ensuring that they are first to know about new features and capabilities.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace that values diversity and promotes belonging and wellbeing.
  • Oversee the creation, management and awareness of the centralized repository of technology enablement resources (videos, how-to, quick-start guides, etc.)
  • Leverage digital tools to help promote digital workplace technologies (actively monitoring social communities and other internal forums).
  • Support consultative engagements to aid business groups in the successful implementation of modern tools and practices.
  • Management of a geographically diverse team to effectively position technology capabilities to business users and drive increased adoption.
  • Collaborate with corporate communications on multi-channel communications/engagement and oversee enablement and awareness events (Ask the Expert, Immersion Experiences, webinars, lunch and learns, etc.)
  • Work closely with key vendors, holding them accountable to KPI/SLA commitments.
  • Participate in employee onboarding to highlight available resources and raise awareness of digital workplace technologies.
  • Monitor emerging technology trends and leverage workplace analytics or digital employee experience management tools to ensure initiatives are driven by objective data.
  • Define and lead digital workplace enablement strategy and processes.


Qualifications


  • Excellent analytical, technical, planning, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with peers, leaders, and other senior leaders within the firm.
  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and IT standards and controls.
  • Minimum five years in IT or organizational or human change management.
  • Ability to understand the long-term (“big picture”) and short-term perspectives of situations and how they relate to achieving targeted business outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of establishing and measuring goals and KPIs on an overall program and individual use case level.
  • Proven experience inleading technology change and deployments, organizational development, and vendor management.
  • Proven ability to create business cases and ensure support from C-level executives and business partners.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT services, technologies, and processes with particular knowledge of key end user technology areas such as Microsoft 365, mobile device management, conferencing technology, and productivity & collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of financial management/modeling and budgeting processes.
  • Awareness of workplace analytics or digital employee experience management tools.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $163,100 to $236,450 depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
