The Challenge
The T2 Workplace team is responsible for delivering a world-class Workplace and Employee Experience.
The right candidate will be extremely detail oriented and thoughtful in delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Senior Workplace Manager, the Workplace Experience Coordinator will partner with stakeholders across the New York office to create positive and supportive employee, visitor, and candidate experiences.
What You’ll Take On
  • Completes day to day office administrative tasks
  • Manages Food & beverage program
  • Works with Events team to execute internal events
  • Cross Trains with Concierge to ensure reception coverage
  • Works with HR and Talent teams to provide a smooth transition from candidate experience to employee experience, welcoming and supporting new hires through orientation to the office, highlighting our amenities, and providing information about health and safety
  • Oversees and improves upon the aesthetic environment
  • Provides an excellent customer service experience
  • Conducts floor walks to ensure a high level of service delivery
  • Executes Workplace projects and tasks
  • Works toward the company’s Wellness and Sustainability goals when executing workplace strategy
  • Develops and delivers creative workplace initiatives and programs
  • Manages indoor and exterior horticulture program
  • In partnership with the Events team, creates Workplace Experience programming, taking ownership of the execution of all aspects of the onsite experience of employees, visitors and guests
  • Liaises with global communications content creator and the IT department to produce localized signage and communications with employees
  • Assigns seating and manages space use
  • Ensures ergonomics of desk arrangements

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $40,000 and $55,000 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
