Associate Retail Planner

Reports to

Manager, Channel Planning

About The Role

This position assists in planning and analyzing the Direct-to-Consumer channels’ sales. They also contribute to evaluating stores’ inventory position & identify opportunities to achieve our financial targets. The role often partners with Finance, Retail Buying & Channel Leaders

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Omni buying team to analyze business by door to maximize sales and stock opportunities
• Report on monthly sales performance at store/COM, product & KPI levels
• Serve as functional expert on data projects
• Address impromptu reporting & analysis requests
• Analyze sales and inventory for reorder/disposition opportunities
• Update models for forecasting Sales & key KPIs

Technical Skills/Competencies

• Strong written & verbal communication skills, and attention to details
• Exhibits attention to accuracy & ability to reconcile various data elements
• Retail, Wholesale or Supply Chain experience a plus
• Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel to analyze data & create planning models
• Minimum of 2-3+ years’ experience within Planning, and/or Buying, Financial Planning

Bachelors Degree Required
