Associate Product Manager Internship/Co-Op (Open To Remote)

The Associate Product Manager Intern role supports the Digital Product and Platform Dept for Web, Mobile and native app platforms. The role will be centered in a highly dynamic environment focused on digital growth for our direct-to-consumer offering. As an ideal candidate, you will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

The Associate Product Manager Intern will assist in the planning, prioritization, and execution of roadmap initiatives for web/App and native environments. This role will be a day-to-day point of contact driving various digital product & platform initiatives across the Hasbro Direct enterprise. Some of the key responsibilities include: 

• Perform User Acceptance Testing for feature/development work 
• Assist with identifying requirements, designing features, and refining & approving user stories for web and native app platforms  
• Work with World-Class Design Agencies, Enterprise Platform Integrators and 3rd party vendors
• Collaborate with Digital Product and engineering leaders to develop a prioritized and groomed backlog aligned to the Digital product roadmap
• Lead requirement discovery with stakeholders and development teams 
• Partner with key stakeholders and users to define and design product solutions
• Establish strong cross functional relationships with IT Engineering, Finance, Brand, Marketing, Operations and Customer Support teams

Basic Qualifications

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and various platform tools
• Highly effective cross-functional team management 
• Familiarity working in an Agile and Scrum environment
• Experience using data sources to define decision making and feature lifecycle
• Awareness overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle 
• Studying for bachelor’s degree OR MBA in computer science or product design, Product Management 
• At least 1-2 years of e-commerce experience in Digital product management and UX
• Must be available to work full time M-F, 40 hours per week from June-Dec 2023.
• Passion for building and optimizing Digital and ecommerce experiences

Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications) 

• Familiarity working across a complex enterprise level technology stack: CMS, Payment Gateways, CRM, DAM, PIMs, 3rd Party vendors
• Experience within or working with fortune 500 companies digital ecosystems 
• Any experience working on ecommerce platforms like: Shopify, IBM Commerce, Magento, SFCC
