About The Team


DoorDash's Content and Social Marketing team is seeking a talented content marketer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our content marketing strategy for our DoorDash for Work business unit. The Content and Social Marketing team sits within the Brand Marketing organization and this role will report to the B2B Content Marketing Lead.

About The Role


In this role, you will work closely with the DoorDash for Work team to develop and execute content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and ultimately acquire new corporate accounts. Your primary focus will be optimizing and developing the DoorDash for Work website (work.doordash.com) and you will be tasked with creating a variety of content, including blog posts, landing pages, customer testimonials, and more. You should have a strong understanding of content marketing best practices, SEO, and web marketing.


The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a passion for testing and experimentation, and the ability to tailor messaging to various target audiences. Additionally, the successful candidate should have a keen eye for design and be proficient in brand marketing.


You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…


  • Conduct A/B testing on the DoorDash for Work website; with a focus on UX writing and design
  • Develop, produce, and iterate on content that targets key organic search terms and improves conversion rate, including case studies, webpages, interactive tools, etc.
  • Brief, edit, and write both long-form and short-form content produced by design and copywriting partners to ensure it meets and exceeds the expectations of the DoorDash brand
  • Leverage data and insights to test new messaging and value props
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop content ideas and identify new content opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends and technologies
  • Optimize content for SEO and ensure that all content is consistent with our brand voice and style
  • Track and report on content marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Manage a content calendar responsible for generating cost-effective signups for DoorDash for Work


We’re Excited About You Because You Have…


  • B.A. Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field is preferred
  • Extensive hands-on experience developing content strategies, managing content calendars, and copywriting and copyediting.
  • Experience with developing content targeting SEO keywords and optimizing for conversion rate
  • B2B Content Marketing experience is preferred
  • A relentlessly resourceful attitude with a bias for action and problem-solving —when something needs to get done, you always find a way to make it happen.
  • A strong testing mindset, with a backlog of tests and insights you’d love to learn from A/B tests, surveys, interviews, and more
  • Strong Excel skills with experience building pivot tables, multi-function formulas, and graphs.
  • Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Amplitude, Google Analytics, and managing content in Contentful a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with a broad spectrum of both internal team members and external vendors/partners
  • Superb written and oral communication skills; excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills

Compensation


The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.


Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

In addition to base salary, the compensation package for this role also includes opportunities for equity grants.


Colorado Pay Range:


$118,500—$160,500 USD


California Pay Range:


$125,500—$178,000 USD


New York Pay Range:


$132,000—$178,000 USD
