Proactively clip and distribute social-first vertical video content from original DraftKings Network programming on a daily basis.

Craft click-worthy headlines and short-form article copy to support DraftKings podcast and programming discoverability on platforms such as DraftKings Nation.

Conduct weekly reporting on published video content across platforms, contributing to established analytics reports distributed across the organization.

Research industry best practices and new techniques to continuously improve our overall content marketing and distribution efforts.

Ability to balance strategic and executional workstreams in driving a best-in-class content distribution network.

Content Management: Assist in managing and organizing content files, maintaining a structured system to ensure easy accessibility and efficient workflow.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.

Excellent copy editing and proofreading skills, with an exceptional eye for detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Previous experience in a copy editing or content editing role is preferred.

Previous experience in Adobe Photoshop, with the ability to edit and manipulate images to align with brand and style guidelines preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Monitor surveys as they come in from our account management team

Excellent attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality content management

Create, curate and manage content deliverables, including marketing collateral, advertising materials, member testimonials and other general communications

Monitor customer reviews, assisting with responding to reviews. Google and BBB experience a plus

Make edits to the corporate website as directed by the digital marketing manager when it comes to SEO improvements

At least 1 year of professional experience. (Internships, CX experience, support, knowledge base, compliance/regulatory, or related content experience are all considered.)

Develop and deliver accurate and timely content for DraftKings, with guidance from manager and partners.

Work with managers and partners to support DraftKings launches, feature releases, and more.

Work with KM&T Specialists to deliver KPI reporting for Customer Experience leadership and support of Customer Experience excellence.

Content creation experience is a plus.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

Writing blog posts about industry-related topics and promoting content on social media.
