Lionpoint is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate FP&A Analyst to join our growing team. As an Associate FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function at Lionpoint, ensuring the company's financial health and long-term success. If you have a strong background in finance, a keen analytical mind, and a passion for helping businesses grow, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, working closely with various teams to gather data and insights.

Conduct regular variance analysis to monitor the company's financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior year results, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Support the development and maintenance of financial models and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial information to stakeholders.

Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely month-end close processes and financial reporting.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to the management team.

Assist in the preparation of management presentations and ad-hoc financial analysis, as needed.

Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making capabilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the recruitment or professional services industry.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial planning software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
