Job Description

Title:

  • IT Analyst (Desktop Analyst)

Location:

  • REMOTE


Responsibilities:

  • Manage desktop systems using MECM/SCCM management technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues in collaboration with the IT support team.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze IT software and report findings to formulate recommendations for application rationalization.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose process improvements.
  • Prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a self-driven attitude with a positive approach to tackle challenges.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of desktop configurations and software deployments.
  • Conduct data analytics using MS Excel pivot tables, formulas, and related tools.
  • Utilize PowerShell, SQL, and Power BI for scripting, automation, and insightful reporting.

Required Skills:

• Experience with MECM/SCCM management technologies

• Strong experience with data analytics, MS Excel pivot tables and formulas, and other related tools

• Strong experience in analyzing IT software, reporting findings, and formulating recommendations for application rationalization.

• Strong experience with PowerShell, SQL, and PowerBI

• Self-Starter with a positive attitude and willingness to hit the ground runnin
