Overview An Associate Manufacturing Analyst is responsible for providing technical and analytical support to the manufacturing team. This role involves analyzing data, developing reports, and providing recommendations to improve processes and operations. The Associate Manufacturing Analyst will also be responsible for tracking and monitoring production performance, identifying areas of improvement, and providing solutions to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the manufacturing process. Detailed Job Description The Associate Manufacturing Analyst is responsible for providing technical and analytical support to the manufacturing team. This role involves analyzing data, developing reports, and providing recommendations to improve processes and operations. The Associate Manufacturing Analyst will also be responsible for tracking and monitoring production performance, identifying areas of improvement, and providing solutions to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the manufacturing process.The Associate Manufacturing Analyst will be responsible for:
• Analyzing data and developing reports to identify trends and areas of improvement
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve production performance
• Tracking and monitoring production performance and providing feedback to the manufacturing team
• Identifying and resolving production issues
• Developing and maintaining production metrics and KPIs
• Assisting with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures
• Assisting with the development of training materials and programs
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Providing technical support to the manufacturing team
Job Skills Required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering role
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
