This team’s mission is to drive business impact and fuel brand momentum through impactful and memorable experiential moments. Our global events portfolio supports this mission and serves as a platform for accelerating brand awareness and organizational objectives, while driving marketing and sales strategies. Our team of event experts plan, execute, and support over 500 proprietary and third party events worldwide each year. As the company's event portfolio expands, so must our team in order to have sufficient resources to support the increased volume of events and experiences we support. That’s where you come in! We’re looking for an Event Strategy Coordinator to join our event strategy and measurement team to keep work moving forward. In this administrative role, you must have the ability to demonstrate superior collaboration and project management skills, and be an incredibly organized, conscientious multitasker with excellent communication skills. To be impactful in this role, you must be a strategic thinker with a high level of attention to detail and not be afraid to question the status quo. Ability to travel onsite to events, with some weekend travel, may be required.
Core Responsibilities:
- Update service desk tickets and supporting pages for all incoming event requests
- Capture stakeholder requests, feedback, and input via intake meetings
- Assist with scrubbing data and pulling key metrics for event reports, including manual data entry
- Build and deploy surveys for capturing event feedback and customer insights
- Assist with the development and distribution of key announcements to be shared across the company
- Employ note taking principles and serve as the strategy team’s ultimate information collector
- Proofread and provide suggestions for improving various strategy documents including program strategies, post event reports, and award submissions
- Assist with strategy contracts and SOW agreements as needed
Expected Output:
- Shipping work on time
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships within the EFM team and across all of teams
- Development of templates or processes that help streamline work
What we’ll expect you to have on your first day:
- One to three years work experience OR a new grad who has successfully completed at least one internship
- A strong work ethic and self-starter mindset, you aren’t afraid to work autonomously
- A positive attitude and mindfulness to maintain our collaborative and optimistic culture
- An open mind and willingness to learn new software and new ways of working
- The ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $25-31.57 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
