As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will bridge the gap between the community’s needs and our client’s offerings. By providing a personable, one-to-one approach, our marketing assistants are able to personalize each event experience. The Event Marketing Assistant is responsible for maintaining high levels of compliance, utilizing strategy, and upholding our client’s mission and image.

Event Marketing Assistants Responsibilities:

• Gain knowledge of company’s systems, structures, and logistics in order to maintain high levels of productivity
• Assist management team with on-site event logistics and revenue generation responsibilities
• Gain understanding the various campaigns from our partners, understand their focus, and goals within the local community
• Research and grow various marketing strategies to maximize on customer understanding and brand awareness for our clients
• While developing, qualified associates will assist with compliance, team, and training management of the events team
• Participate in training and development opportunities to accelerate growth opportunities

Event Marketing Assistant Requirements:

• Ability to travel locally to various event locations
• Experience in customer service, promotional marketing, retail, or sales is preferred but not required
• Must be able to work individually and with a small team
• Extremely comfortable with interacting directly with clients, retail managers, and potential customers
• Has a passion for opportunities to learn in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
