Overview:
The Full Time Assistant Event Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Event Coordinator in the planning and execution of events. This includes managing event budgets, coordinating vendors, and providing on-site support during events. The Assistant Event Coordinator must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detailed Job Description:
• Assist the Event Coordinator in the planning and execution of events, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site support
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other stakeholders
• Ensure that all event logistics are in place and that all necessary materials are available
• Monitor event progress and provide regular updates to the Event Coordinator
• Provide on-site support during events, including troubleshooting and problem solving
• Ensure that all event-related paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with post-event follow-up, including evaluation and reporting
