Job Description

Key attributes:

  • Ability to create relationships and execute events with cultural 'vibe' of brand
  • Ability to travel across US and visit UK head office quarterly
  • Fast paced hard worker, ability to multi task across projects
  • Creative 'big brand' thinker with keen eye for detail
  • Minimum of 4 years in similar role managing and coordinating events across size and scale


Day to day:

  • Deliver using in-house team or through managing external production company, execute regular brand events and parties from small to large scale work effective budget management
  • Ensure all events are memotable, on-brand, have lasting impression and have cut through / delivered on time and within budget from front to back of house
  • In-line with cultural calendar suggest key events to be a part of and work with relevant partners to execute high impact events
  • Drive creative event concepts that will have cut through and deliver creative execution to exceptional standard
  • Work with brand and influencer team to build invite list and regular talent, ensure all events travel beyond the event itself and coordinate posts / press and PR moments
  • Report to US brand manager, In-line with brand calendar, plan events from concept to delivery and reporting
  • Coordinate and execute brand pop ups across US and any physical brand activations
  • Manage operation of showroom including maintenance to upkeep of rails and collections
