Responsibilities

• Run audit reports to ensure accurate coverage and process transactions correctly
• Support requested configuration changes
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely building and servicing of eBenefits system
• Respond to shared inbox inquiries from clients and internal partners promptly and professionally
• Act as a system-build SME and support customer success

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in healthcare insurance or healthcare industry preferred, but relevant experience in other industries will be considered
• General understanding of benefits and benefits administration preferred
• Ability to manage multiple competing projects and prioritize accordingly
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of relevant operational experience
• Must be a self-starter and problem solver who can work effectively individually and on a team
• Must be service and quality-focused
