Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of relevant operational experience

General understanding of benefits and benefits administration preferred

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

Provide on-call service coverage after normal business hours on a rotating basis, as assigned.

Maintains high level of customer satisfaction as demonstrated by the results of customer satisfaction surveys.

Assumes minor extra duties, including work normally assigned to Biomedical Equipment Technicians.

Maintain up-to-date understanding of The Joint Commission, and NFPA standards as well as state and federal regulations.

Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

Study monitoring and patient information management.

Provide proactive technical administration, planning, coordination, documentation and management reporting for the system.

Contributes to the time management of the department by being punctual to work and timely completion of assignments.
