Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Applications Specialist that believes in our mission and can help drive our expansive growth. In this highly visible role, our Business Applications Specialist will maintain and expand our technology platforms to support our sales and marketing team. You’ll own the process of evaluating, configuring, implementing, and supporting all our sales and marketing technology platforms and tools.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

  • Manage the key linkages between SFDC and the Sales Compensation platform.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams and external vendors to manage the development, implementation, and integration of new sales and marketing technology rollouts.
  • Recommend products to optimize sales and marketing team’s technology investments.
  • Proactively provide insights to Sales and Marketing by developing and maintaining Dashboards and reporting for end users.
  • Function as our go-to expert for leveraging prospect and customer data on the HubSpot platform.
  • Collaborate with other platform administrators and the SFDC lead to continually evolve how Therapy Brands can engage with and support our customers through the customer life cycle.
  • Manage the critical linkages between HubSpot and Salesforce to support lead generation, outbound activities, and customer engagement.
  • Onboard new companies into the existing technology stack.
  • Oversee training and adoption of sales and marketing software.
  • Understand, evaluate, and recommend new ways that technology can improve the sales and marketing function and contribute to revenue goals.
  • Manage key technology-related vendor relationships.
  • Serve as super-user and product evangelist for a variety of digital tools in the sales and marketing technology stack.


Qualifications

  • Strong attention to details and a passion for meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to partner with others, identify/anticipate needs, and proactively provide support.
  • HubSpot Marketing Certification with Administrator experience is required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing and sales technology
  • Experience with HubSpot inbound and Salesforce Integrations preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Healthcare a plus, strong consideration given to experience with Therapy ERP /CRM technology.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Xactly a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, with a track record for driving project timelines/deliverables to completion.
